Recumbent Exercise Bicycles

Exercise Recumbent bike and losing weight?

I just recently bought a recumbent stationary bike. I wanted to lose quite a bit of weight. I intend on dieting as well as riding the bike. My question is how long should I stay on the bike to see results? Or how many calories should I burn? Would you consider this a good form of exercise? Has anybody else seen results with a recumbent bike? I would like to lose atleast 3 pounds a week.

  1. Daily for 30 minutes. You will see results once you lose 10 pounds. You also have to eat healthy though. Try to stick to a goal of losing 1-2 pounds a week. Good luck! =D
