What are the pros and cons of upright vs recumbent exercise bikes?
Does one burn more calories than the other? Any other advantages or disadvantages that you know of? Thanks!

- Recumbent bikes are really nice if you have lower back problems.

- the recumbent bike is definetly the way to go! I find them much more comfortable especially when performing interval training when performing at 100% effort levels...
