Any health hazards involved with the use of recumbent exercise bikes?
I like the recumbent bike because it doesn't put pressure on my lower back. I'm thinking of exercizing on it 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. Are there any health risks associated with the recumbent (such as overuse injuries)? Thanks.

- Like with every machines, there are overuse risks. But don't push yourself past the point of breathlessness, fatigue, pain, or dizziness and you should be perfectly fine.
