Recumbent Exercise Bicycles

exercise bike fitness?

i don't want to lose any weight! but want to gain fitness, lots of fitness! how would i do this on an exercise bike without trying to lose weight? also should i have it on the highest resistance or is this only for people who want to lose weight?

  1. Personally I like using the "Random" program out of the pre-set programs you can select, it gives you a good mix and keeps the "power" out of your hands. If you are working out and don't want to loose weight you will have to eat more, no matter the type of excercising you are doing. Highest resistance is fine, it will help you build endurance and strength...again, it doesn't matter WHAT you do, if you are burning more calories than you take in, you will loose weight...so just eat more.
