I just did 20 minutes on a recumbent bike.. I was sweating a lot and my legs are now tired but I heard bicycling isnt as good for you as other excercises? So is this a good work out? 20 minutes or so pedaling really hard? if u dont know what this is its the one where you pedal the bike at different elevations and your body sits back and your arms hang to the side (your not leaning forward like a regular bike)
