Dose the exercise bike effective in fitness and losing weight or its just masturbation?

- Yes, 20 to 30 minutes works. It works hours after you get off the bike, your body will be burning calories. To get more bang for your exercising buck, instead of holding the handle bars, swing your arms like your walking, or use moderate weights (dumb bells). The second way exercising on a bike works is it increases your cardio fitness; you don't feel so out of gas and head for the sugary snack food (high calorie) for a artificial short term boost.
