- for cadio vascular i will have to say jogging would be a good option 30-45 minutes every day
- You need to do cardio, which basically means getting your heartrate elevated and sustained at that elevated rate for some time (you can start off like 10-15 minutes than gradually build up). Cardiovasuclar fitness also deals with the efficiency of your lungs, which improves due to the elevated heart rate and breathing rate. A stationary bike is good for cardio, you can also jog, jumprope, run stairs, go for a bike ride, rollerblade, swim, brisk walking, etc. Good luck!
- The American College of Sports Medicine offers guidelines for cardiovascular, flexibility and resistance training. The guidelines are flexible enough to allow you to pick your own exercises but have enough structure to get you going when you first start out. They are pretty easy to follow and will make your workout easier and more efficient.
